Smáratorg, office and commercial building, Kópavogur

The project involves the construction of a 20 story high office and commercial building located at Smáratorg in kópavogur. The tower is 77.6 meters tall, and contains a 14,000 m2 large commercial and office spaces, and in addition to the tower, the building accommodates a 7,000 m2 large commercial area and a 10,000 m2 large parking garage.

Furthermore, the project involved the construction of a 5,000 m2 large parking bridge between the tower and Smáralind shopping centre.

VSO is responsible:

• Construction management.
• Project supervision and control.
