Transformator in Helguvík

The project involves the construction of a transformator for Landsnet In Helguvík. The building is 10 m high with 740 m2 large surface. It’s divided into three main sections – control room, switch room and a bipartite transformer hall. The foundation, shafts and floor is concrete and the building structure is a mix of concrete and steel and the exterior walls are clad in three different types of aluminum cladding.

VSO is responsible for:

• Construction supervision and control.
• Safety management during project period.
