Kratus, Slag Factory on Grundartangi

The construction of a new factory that extracts aluminum from the slag which precipitates as waste from aluminum factories.  The building includes a steel frame and is on a concrete foundation.

VSO is responsble for:

• HVAC systems design.
• Land use planning.
• Management of tender documents for the project.
• Construction Consulting.
• Construction supervision and control.

Project period: 2011-2012.
