The project involves the design of a residential housing next to Hrólfsskálamelur in Seltjarnarnes, containing a total of 22 apartments or 16,500 m2.

VSO is responsible for:

• Structural design.
• HVAC systems design.
• Electrical systems design.
• Fire safety design.
