The project involves the design and construction of the first phase of Skuggahverfi Reykjavik, 90 apartments in total, or 14,000 m2.

VSO is responsible for:

• Structural design.
• HVAC systems design.
• Electrical systems design.
• Fire safety design.
• Project planning.
• Involvement in construction management.

Project period: 2002-2004.
